The Quality Control aim is to ensure that the product meets the requirements expressed by customers, carrying out, before delivery, all checks, tests and measurements needed to define a product "on specification".
In order to have a product "on specification" it's necessary to start from the base of the production process.

Tecnottica and O.M.E.C. perform the control of raw materials for the production of the optical and mechanical elements before the processing phase of the product starts. Only starting from excellent bases excellent results may be obtained. The tolerances of the parts and the control are essential in the production process; specific controls during the processing step are performed in-process to monitor all the variables that contribute to the realization of an optical or mechanical element.
At the end of the production of optical and mechanical components further checks are performed with the help of the Department of Metrology built inside Tecnottica and O.M.E.C..
The subsequent testing of finished products is instead played by Optec, at special laboratories dedicated to metrological control and testing systems.
For each product, Optec determines the design phase, specific tests to be performed in order to ensure the customer's complete satisfaction.
